There is an absolute enormous amount of untapped long term profit potential currently buried in your business, product or service, just waiting to be discovered.

That’s not the real name of their tour by the way. The point is, as they tour and conduct these elaborate workshops.

They like any other promotional company has their fair share of upfront out of pocket fixed expenses. ( And competition as well.) Do they not?

They have to pay for huge display ads that appear in the local newspaper pre- promoting their events.Right?

Constantly Be On The Lookout For Some Previously Untapped Ways To Add Entry Portals To Your Sales Funnel!

They routinely pay for rather expensive -prime time- radio ads, (even though they both) do more than their fair share of local radio & TV appearances before these events take place. 😀

And of course they pay for local cable, prime time TV (30 minute) info – mercial spots, that also pre promote these one day free & paid workshop events.

They obviously need large hotel conference rooms.

And they pay top dollar for both hotel and air fare, and local traveling accommodations, (such as first class limo services ) to and from these events.

And also pay handsomely for their enormous support/sales staffs which help professionally coordinate all of these and other activities.

One Of The Keys To Successful Long Term Joint Ventures Is To Look For Ways To Help Your Business Partner(s) Be More Successful…. And You’ll Both Win..

The real point of this type of thinking is; as you look for creative ways to help your JV (joint venture)partners be more successful (without) hurting yourself of course.

This type of thinking outside the box can (and will) lead to some tremendous long term opportunities for both of you.

For ex; since “The Donald” and Robert have a ton of upfront, semi fixed expenses.

So even though they (meaning the promoters), are still financially on the hook for all the enormous upfront advertising, and promotional costs and hotel conference room fees and ongoing support staff costs etc.

On day two these presenters will be trying to market their various courses, products and services to half as many people! (Not good!)

So “the Donald” and or his competition should welcome a few low cost strategies to help them retain more bodies in the seats! So that they can ultimately sell more courses, products and services etc.

No Mater What You Definitely Need Some Type Of Basic Marketing Plan Or Blueprint!

C.) They can offer the inexpensive CD-Rom version of the text as part of a special free upsell bonus package worth X. ( Ex: $397.00 dollars) to everyone that spends at least $497 (or X)  and pays by credit card or pays cash.  😀

In other words by rewarding those that pay either with cash or by credit card, they avoid and reduce their chances of being stiffed by bad checks! 😀

Bad checks ( as an industry standard) probably accounts for 5-10% of their out of pocket expenses.  😀
