Have you ever been watching late night cable TV and or listening to the radio and one of those (what seems like) a never ending barrage of ads, alerting you of an upcoming free 90 minute introductory workshops on, take your pick. touting how  if  nothing else, their proven sales funnel, can and will provide a reliable business model, full of surefire sales tips.

Because you’ve no doubt seen those late night info-mercials, where some old or new rising guru is going to share their proven secrets on how to make your fortune doing or using system X!

And while these extremely savvy info-preneurs, always have some new (supposedly) never before revealed wealth building secrets to share.

They usually offer their secrets for creating life long wealth, through the following extremely popular four evergreen subjects. 1.) Internet marketing strategies. 2.) Creative Real estate Investing (aka) No Money Down investment techniques.3.) Stock market investment strategies.4.) Investing in foreclosure acquisition methods.

And every time you turn around, there seems to be some new guru popping up and (you guessed it) they’re only to anxious to share their closely guarded secrets for creating wealth, via whatever investment vehicle their advocating for.

Truth told, these extremely talented men & women are exceptionally savvy info-preneurs/marketers. And they can and will provide a proven sales funnel blueprint, if only you and I will but follow their lead.

 Introducing Three Incredibly Simple Sales Tips You Can And Should Learn From The Free 90 Minute Introductory Seminar Circuit!

Of course these savvy men  and women are really in the business of promoting/marketing and ultimately selling! Make no mistake about that! But as long as their providing real value to their particular marketing place, there’s much to be discovered by studying their proven sales funnels.

Because don’t forget and or overlook the following accompanying facts.

These entrepreneurs have invested in at least the following seven  (bare bones minimum)  things.

1.) They’ve invested their hard earned money on a ton of late night cable 30 minute info-mercials! And that cable time isn’t free, now is it? And it’s specifically designed to get you and I to attend their free introductory workshops.

2.) Next, they’ve also invested in one of the local ball rooms, at a major hotel, that typically seats 100-400 people. And usually these events last at least two or three days!

So they rent those rooms and pay so much per day! Typically anywhere $300-$600 per day!

3.) They also invest in rather expensive local newspaper and or local radio or TV ads as well! Right?

4.) They’ve got staff that helps them coordinate these events, right?

5.) And they have to stay in (not necessarily cheap) local hotels during these two or three day events, do they not?

6.) They also fly all over the country as well! (Probably first class too!)And that cost money too! Doesn’t it?

7.) And finally, every body’s gotta eat while they’re in town, right?

Entrepreneur, you add that all up and guess what? There’s no way they can or could afford to keep sponsoring these cash intense events, if they weren’t turning some type of profit, now could they?

These Three Proven Sales Tips Are Just A Small Part Of Their Marketing Sales Funnel!

So sense these extremely savvy men & women have already done the real heavy lifting, by constantly testing and tweaking their proven sales funnel(s.) All you and  I need to is observe their proven sales process up close and model their extremely profitable blueprint. For ex:

1.) Proven sales tip # one: Join their list, by calling their toll free number and study “how” they register you (first) for their free 90 minute introductory workshop. Do they immediately propose one of their best market tested “OTO” (One Time Only) offers? If so, what kind?

And after you register, do you start periodically receiving other similar offers from other marketers, you (A.) Never previously heard of? Or (B.) You’ve heard of, but you didn’t actually ever call to register for their particular event.

Meaning- your name has been sold or shared with other marketers (via) either a list broker and or a direct result of a joint venture arrangement of some kind, between two non competing  marketers.

2.)  Proven sales tip # two: What type of (if any), immediate follow up sequence do they have? For ex; do they have one of their personally trained commissioned based sales reps, call you to offer a discounted six month to one year personalized one on one coaching/mentoring program of some kind.

Do they offer any type of paid monthly membership and or paid newsletter as an additional ongoing program.

Usually, if it’s a paid monthly newsletter of some kind, they’ll typically give you a free three month trial subscription. Then they attempt to upgrade you to a full twelve month subscription, at a discounted price of course!

3.) Proven sales tip # three: And finally, what if any type of free or greatly discounted power bonuses, do they offer you for (A.) Purchasing whatever product or service their marketing. Or (B.) What type of free power bonuses do they offer for attending the last day of their free three day event.

Typically, day three is a ghost town! So in order to counter act that, most experienced promoters will offer something with a high perceived value, in order to ethically bribe the prospect into attending the last day of the event.

For ex; they’ll often hold  a free drawing, where two grand prize winners, (a male & female.) And each grand prize winner gets a free pass to the week long $5,000 dollar boot camp. (Or whatever the actual price is to this particular event.)

These are just three proven sales tips, that you and I can and should learn from the traveling free 90 minute introductory seminar circuit.  They gotta be doing something right! Because you constantly them in practically every major town, consistently promoting their events! And they simply could’t afford to do that, if they weren’t turning a profit!

  1. I must confess when I started reading I wasn’t sure which direction you were going to take us on this journey Mark, but I really like where you ended up. I like your tips on researching how these people run their businesses. When I was just starting to plan my new learning center I began by searching for people offering similar programs and then signed up for their lists to see what they were doing – what an eye-opener! Well worth the time and it helped me find pukas (holes) in service that I could fulfill with my programs. Thanks for the tips and inspiration!
