For a moment. Imagine you own a non franchised Yoga studio. (Have you ever been a member of one BTW?) So imagine your cash flow is steady enough. But not enough for you to consistently hire super professional staff members to handle certain tasks. (Not in the very beginning anyway!)

Let’s say both you and or your major competitors have traditional brochure type of websites. Maybe both even have a blog component to them. but since you also have a separate lead capture page form.

Plus a way to capture leads/potential hot prospects on your traditional website too. While your major local competitor. Does not currently have anything in place.

To capture their best leads contact info. And have any type of state of the art technology in place. To immediately send out a series of pre written. Follow up automated messages. As soon as their leads opt in/fill out the form. In order to receive their free 7 or X day membership pass.

Instead these potentially hot prospects. Send an email to your major competitors. To enquire about something. But instead of immediately receiving a pre- written response.

They don’t get their response. Until someone from their yoga studio sees the email message! (And then has a chance to respond!)
