Your offline workshops     (And Steadily Making More Money Too!)

It’s definitely going to take a little more than just running paid ads. Advertising or promoting your offline workshops. Do you agree with that? Especially as you initially get startrd.

If virtually no one knows who you/we are just yet. Then definitely a bit of an uphill battle ahead, agreed? Sure, as soon as there’s some brand recognition going on. You and I may not need to spend as much on traditional advertising. But until then. Your/our initial front end ad costs. Might be a little pricey, agreed?

Increasing Your Profits Are Far More Likely! (When You Promote Like This!)

Of course the following, hypothetical marketing examples. Are strictly for marketing illustration purposes only.

But imagine the following, all too common situation. Even a well know on or offline promotor of some kind. Advertises their free two or three day offline event.

Typically the largest crowd will attend the first day. But day’s two and three. Typically see fall offs. By as much as 50- 75%! Not very encouraging. right?

Which means. Whomever is left. The promotors have to generate all of their current and future revenue from them. Short of giving away a luxury automobile on the very last day of the event! 😀

But only available to the opt in email subscribers only. There will be shrinkage in attendance. After day one. This being the case. More than likely. The promotor(s) probably already have.

A realistic idea of what their ideal customers. Total lifetime customer value metrics are. And they can start building at least some of their marketing strategies and tactics around that figure.

Start Relying More On Your Marketing Creativity! (Than The Size Of Your Promotional Budget!)

One incredibly simple marketing strategy. The promoters could at least inexpensively test. In order to ethically reward/bribe the attendees. To return for days two or three.

Have everyone who returns for day two. To automatically be entered into a free drawing! (Which means joining at least one of the promotors. VIP opt in email lists.)

Let’s say the promotors has a $5,000 or X dollar per person offer. The two 1st grand prize winners. (One male and one female. (Who are at least 18.) They each win one course or program each.

Let’s say that’s awarded on the 2nd day. On the 3rd and final day. Everyone who returns. They too are automatically entered into another free drawing. (Say what? 😎

And the two first grand prize winners. One male & one female. They not only win the exact first grand prize as the day two  winners.

But as long they drug a friend with them to day three. They also win one 60 or 90 minute strategy session with the popular guru or guruette.

Which not only gets recorded. But they get a copy of the recording too. (Which is another X dollar value!) These are just a few of the extremely low hanging marketing fruit strategies and tactics.

Which can and should be inexpensively tested! In order to increase attendance to your offline workshops. Any questions?
