Either an extremely time sensitive discount coupon! Which they could redeem, at a local, non franchised pizza shop. And it could read. “Tonight The Pizza Is On Us!”
The commissioned only brokers. Enthusiastically pass these out. To all of their customer base. Who they help secure some type of finances for.
The deal could be. Two or X number of Xtra Large cheese pizzas. (Toppings will cost the current retail prices! :-D) Along with a dozen barbecue wings.
Which the broker or whomever attempts to implement this strategy. They arrange to get them at the pizza shop owners actual hard cost! Think of the long term goodwill.
And positive word of mouth and mouse! This incredibly low cost promotional gesture will create. Among both their current and past customers! And eventually future customers too!
Now’s Your Chance To Partner Your Way To Exponential Growth!
For just a moment. Think about these five local, non directly competing industries. That also consistently interact with the commissioned only mortgage/loan broker.
1.) Local real estate brokers and agents. Who specialize in both residential and commercial properties. (Including leasing both as well!)
2.) Property and Home Insurance Brokers and Agents.
3.) Real Estate Lawyers and Conveyance Lawyers.
4.) Independent Financial Planners and independent Accountants.
5.) Property Management companies. Which manage a minimum of 100 units or more!
They all have staff, correct? And rest assured! At least some of them enjoy pizza! And you know a percentage of the aforementioned vendors. At least some of their bread and butter customers, occasionally enjoy great tasting pizza, agreed?
The more they pass out/distribute your market tested coupons within your local community.
The more long term repeat customers. You and or your major competitors will generate. For literally pennies on the dollar! Don’t you agree? That’s how you grow your non franchised pizza business! Without breaking the bank!
