How’s This For Some Innovative Lead Generation Strategies And Tactics?

Have you also noticed how hard it is to actually be on the original cutting edge of practically anything or any major industry? But quite to the contrary ladies and gentlemen.

You and I really don’t have to be the actual creators of some potentially profitable, innovative lead generation tactics or strategies.

Instead just sort of leverage what’s already proven to work. And strategically massage things here and there. All the while carefully tracking your results. (And or lack thereof. 😀 )

Systematically doubling down where it definitely makes economic sense to do so. And simultaneously pulling back where you need to as well. This proven approach is a whole lot easier and far less expensive to implement on a massive scale. Don’t you agree?

Who Says Your Best Lead Generation Tactics Have To Be Massively Expensive In Order To Be Or Ultimately Become Outrageously Profitable?

For those of you reading this who are fanatical “NFL” (National Football League) fans. You will surely appreciate. And hopefully profit from. One day in the not so distant future. From what you’re about to be exposed to for free. 😀

Of course it’s definitely gonna take some much needed marketing perspective on your part. And sadly for the rest of you reading this, who could literally care less about the NFL or any other major sports league for that matter.

Isn’t It Amazing What You Can Start To See After You’ve Been Alerted To Look For It?

The reason for the seemingly totally unrelated reference to the NFL. Is because according to experts. Major long term success in football, (no matter what level it’s actually being played on!) Is ultimately measured in inches. The experts like to say “football is a game of inches.” (If not just a few feet here and there.)

Case in point. A former very successful field goal kicker in the NFL. (Is probably most known and remembered for the last second field attempt he unfortunately missed. In the final seconds of the Super Bowl! On the national or world stage if you will.)

In spite of the fact his overall career as a field goal kicker was actually pretty darn good! But unfortunately his major critics and most of the respected NFL historians will reference his career based off just one ill fated kick. Which just missed the mark by only a few feet.

And those few feet cost him and his team the game. (And eternal Super Bowl victory bragging rights too!) So again, “what” if anything? Does that stroll down NFL history memory lane.

Possibly have to do with your current or future on or offline marketing success? So glad you finally asked fellow profit seeking entrepreneur. (Please pay extremely close attention here. Or these subtleties will zip right past you!)

Some Simply Refer To It As Strategically Making The Most From What You Already Got!

How’s This For Some Innovative Lead Generation Strategies And Tactics?

Now do you officially notice the stark difference between the potential benefits both questions are asking? 😎 As you watch the video. You’ll hear the announcer. (Who you and I can’t see. But can hear.

He actually asks a series of three questions. Before he actually goes into his intro for former mega successful, real estate investor/information marketing/publishing guru Dave Del Dotto.

(Notice the overall size of this particular crowd for one of Dave’s outrageously popular, live 90-120 minute free introductory workshop events.

Because it actually takes him about 10 – 15 seconds to actually jog to the stage! 😀 Which means this particular recorded event. Probably drew somewhere between 750 – 1,500 locals. 😀

And maybe somewhere between 20,000- 50,000 locals saw his late night/early morning cable TV, 30 – 60 minute infomercial(s.) (Plus read or at least saw one of his full or half a page local newspaper ads heavily promoting his free event.)

So What’s This So Called Subtle Connection Between Successful Marketing And Missed Field Goals?

For starters. (And again remember this ladies & gentlemen. These are just hypothetical marketing examples. Being used for potentially profitable marketing illustration purposes only. Because Dave and his expert marketing/publishing team definitely did more than okay during his outrageously successful run. :-D)

But with a local crowd approaching 1,000 or more. There’s bound to be at least a few local, reputable, licensed residential or commercial brokers in the crowd, correct?

And a few administrators from the local real estate investment clubs in attendance as well. (Here’s at least three potentially profitable, subtle ways of effective, long term lead generation. (Plus keep in mine. These are definitely non traditional marketing strategies and tactics.)

1.) Potentially profitable lead generation strategy # one: Dave or whomever is teaching one of his live introductory workshops that particular day. (Because at his peak. He had anywhere from 5-15 personally trained sales reps speaking in his place.

At anywhere from 3- 5 separate locations within the same general area. On any given day. :-D)

They’ll ask “how” many licensed residential or commercial real estate brokers are in attendance? And “how” many of them would like to have direct access to Dave’s steadily growing database of private investors. Who can potentially finance deals local bankers or local credit unions simply won’t! 😀

They get direct access free for 90 or X number of days. (Through an extremely time sensitive subscription offer.)Then it’s just X dollars per month or year. And they have the option to pay a year in advance and save X% off the current annual subscription rate.

Don’t Underestimate Nor Neglect The Long Term Earning Potential Of These Non Traditional Mini Profit Centers!

2.) Potentially profitable lead generation strategy # two: For all of the local attendees, (in each town Dave and his staff travels too.) Who for whatever reasons don’t or can’t invest in Dave’s outrageously popular, “Cash Flow System.” Which typically retails for $297 dollars or X.

Dave makes an extremely time sensitive offer. They have to purchase before the event ends. In order to qualify for the discounted price.

Dave and his expert marketing team has just released a brand new mini course. (Comprised of a combination of X number of workbooks, cassettes and videos etc. Remember, Dave’s successful run was pre – Internet. :-D)

(So unfortunately he wasn’t able to build an outrageously large, (and hopefully responsive!) Opt in email list of his own!)

Which teaches beginning investors. “How to” systematically find and legally put under contract. Local semi distressed property owners. (Meaning, find local investment income producing property owners.)

Who definitely need or want to sell their distressed properties at some sort of successfully negotiated discounted price. And these commissioned only compensated ‘bird dog/referral agents students’ of Dave.

Are You Starting To Better Appreciate How Continuously Making Money In Practically Any Undertaking! (Is Definitely More Of A Proper Positive Mindset Thing First!)

Will “discover” how to legally control, (temporarily tie up) these potentially lucrative contracts. Then successfully flip/legally assign them (preferably!) To one of the local investors in Dave’s steadily growing national database of investors.

Rather than go any further here. You or your major competitors will discover at least three more potentially profitable marketing strategies. Dave could or any number of his most successful contemporaries could use to consistently generate more gross front and long term back end profits.
