Strategically Joint Venturing/JV-ing with other local, non directly competing vendors. By offering some of their best high end products and services to your ideal customers and prospects. Is a simple, straight forward way to dramatically increase, both your front. And long term gross profits. Don’t you agree?

Let’s take a closer look at the following potentially profitable situation. Suppose you’re at least part owner, in local a five star luxury hotel. And one of your presidential/penthouse suites.
Typically retails for $7,500 dollars a night. Or X. (Strictly for hypothetical marketing illustration purposes only!) And you want to start laser targeting local high earning CEO’s. As well as other local, extremely high end earning men & women.
So you’re more than willing. To at least inexpensively test the following.
Long term back end marketing strategy. You will allow high end earning locals. To stay in your high end, $7,500 dollar penthouse suite. For one night. For just $1,000 or X amount of dollars! (That alone. Should be more than enough.)
To create some positive, viral word of mouse or mouth buzz, right? 😀 But make no mistake entrepreneur! Doing so. Is definitely a long term back end play!
Strategic Lead Generation Is Definitely A Long Term Door Opener!
On the bed. Will be at least three packets. The 1st is for a potentially lucrative JV arrangement. With a local, luxury car dealership. Where the CEO’s or high income earners. Can either buy a luxury car outright. Or lease one with incredibly flexible terms.
The 2nd packet will be for credit towards using the hotels executive suites for board meetings. Which usually retail for $10K. (And whatever they spend for their one night stay in the presidential/penthouse suite.
It’s automatically credited to the boardroom suite! 😀
And the 3rd packet. Is for a deluxe corporate jet leasing offer! (and here’s the other perk. The CEO’s receive the exact same room service. For their entire satay! As if they paid the usual retail rate! 😀
They should get and keeps jaws flapping, correct? 😀 How’s that for romancing your high end clientele?
