(And You’re Finally Ready To Work On! Not Just In Your Business And Or Service!)
Ask anyone who’s ever run or tried to successfully run any type independently owned retail store or service of any kind. The capital you have tied up in dead or outrageously slow moving stock/inventory.
Is the ever present semi invisible, silent cash drain. And unless or until you effectively deal with it. It stifles your future growth. Or makes it so much harder to both achieve and sustain. Don’t you agree?
Any time you can increase your working capital. And have it flowing back into your business and or service. Without a dramatic spike in accompanying front end expenses. You’re well on your way.
Don’t you agree? So entrepreneur if you’re officially tired of your business being cash poor! Then you definitely deserve some relief! Don’t you agree?
Exponential Growth Is Not Just Reserved For The Fortune 500 Types!
Your best vendors, their employees. Both current and future. As well as your vendors best customers and their vendors too! (Hopefully that’s not too complicated, is it? 😎
The main point being. Entrepreneur don’t just offer massive discounts to your best or second best customers. Without leveraging the situation to your advantage.
Run the numbers and see “how” much long term gross front and back end revenue can and definitely should generated. When you and or your major competitors ethically bribe your best prospects and customers. To drag a friend with them to your store and or showroom. Who’s at least 18.
Case in point. And as always! The following hypothetical examples. Are strictly for marketing illustrative purposes only!
The average retailer. Is content to invest anywhere from 7 -21 ad spends. In order to generate a first time customer! This is just one of the many reasons why they constantly go broke. Within five short years or less! (And that’s the offline entrepreneurs!)
Online, they typically go completely bust. Within 12 short months or less!
Entrepreneur Strategic Customer Acquisition Is The Key To Long Term Sustainable Growth!
Rather than constantly advertise to the masses! Your attention grabbing discounts! Instead send a series of extremely time sensitive messages. To your opt in email subscribers only!
And ethically bribing them to drag a friend with them. Who’s at least 18. In order to qualify for X, Y and Z benefits! Of course you take care of your customers who are not currently on your list!
But you do even more for your opt in subscribers! Ethically bribe your vendors employees and customers! By allowing them to send extremely time sensitive offers to their subscribers too!
And the one’s who drag a friend with them. Who are least 18. Or the customers who even though they don’t drag a friend with them. But they spend at least X!
They get ethically rewarded too! Again, only consider at least strategically testing these potentially viable marketing alternatives. If you’re officially sick and tired of your business being cash poor!
Most Extremely Hard Working Retailers Have Growth Generating Capital Bottlenecking Their Expansion!
