Any Idea Why Strategic Email Marketing Strategies Keep Getting Pushed Off To The Side?

So when you initially started your last or current PPC (Pay Per Click) ad campaign of any kind. How many different or total A/B split tests did you actually run? Really? And did you ultimately create a semi successful ad campaign? Or are you still pretty much in the ongoing testing phase?

Which is the main thing when it comes to any type of paid advertising campaigns. Huh? Meaning, if you or your major competitors are constantly A/B split testing various elements of your paid ad campaigns. You will most certainly not be operating at your maximum level of profit generating efficiency.

On the other hand with the effective use of strategic email marketing campaigns. You can literally A/B split test a ton of different variables. All within days of each other.

Without adding a nickel to your upfront out of pocket cost. And those new changes, can and often will. Either lead to increased long term profitability.

Or allow you to actually cost or drastically reduce certain costs. Which (of course!) ultimately leads to increased profitability. Have a closer more reflective look and ultimately decide for yourself. Fair enough?

So Why Would A Local Offline Business Or Service Need A Paid Email Service Provider Of Any Kind?

This is a great question. And all of the answers may even surprise you. First of all. Let’s say you decide to open an account with a reputable, paid (EMS) Email Service Provider.

First of all congratulations on deciding. Not only to open your paid account. But for deciding on positively affecting your business or service-s future. Say what? The fact you’ve decided to start strategically building your own list or lists.

Means you truly appreciate what’s far more likely to happen to your business, in the not so distant future. If as in the case of the pres of the US, decides by executive order to ban a specific social media platform from being accessed in your particular country.

If or when the federal government decides to exert such power and authority. And you’re currently rocking full guns on that particular platform.

And let’s say you now have an impressive 58,379 total or X number of devoted and extremely loyal followers or connections etc.

And your account, (like millions of others), suddenly gets shutdown or banned altogether by the platform owners themselves. It happens all the time. (Practically everyday somewhere in the world.) And when it does.Where does this leave you?

Especially if you or your major competitors, haven’t been systematically directing your audience to join your opt in email or mobile marketing list. By offering them some sort of problem solving, free list building ethical bribe. (Power list building 101 BTW.)

Having Direct Access To An Audience Of Your Own Subscribers Helps Stabilize Being In Business For Yourself!

In the case of your all too typical offline business or service. If nothing else. You should have the current name and physical address of both your prospects and current customers or clients.

This way if push comes to shove. You can periodically send them snail mail postcards about upcoming events.Or if you’re having your quarterly or semi annual, “Blowout Prices Sales Extravaganza!”

As opposed to having to spend a fortune upfront.On outrageously expensive, local prime time radio, TV or popular local Sunday newspaper ads or inserts etc.

Suppose every 90 days or every six months. Your local retail store holds an incredibly popular free drawing of some kind. So you take an item which normally retails for at least $1,000 dollars or more. The higher the perceived value the better.

Because this will cause your most loyal customers to leap at the chance to win a 1st or  extremely valuable 2nd or 3rd prize for free. Or literally pennies on the dollar. Agreed? Absolutely.

And let’s say you’ve been systematically implementing this brain dead simple. Proven marketing/promotional strategy for at least three years. Or the last 36 months or so. (12 months x 3 years = 36 total months.

And your opt in email or text message list of subscribers now totals an impressive 4,734. Even after 17% or X% of the original leads, for whatever reasons decided to unsubscribe.

Why Not Continuously Look For Some Proven Ways To Use Modern Technology To Systematically Lower Both Your Initial Front And Back End Cost!

Case in point. The above scenario applies to you or your major competitors.If you plan on being or becoming proactive about building your own list(s.) This way you can contact your subscribers and make them aware of any relevant news they need to be aware of.

Like in the case of a retail jeweler. You could segment your list into subscribers, who definitely wanna know. How they  and (get this!) at least two of their closest whatever?

Can (for an extremely limited time of course!) Drag at least two or X number of friends, neighbors, co-workers, siblings or extremely close relatives with them to your store, showroom or whatever.

And as long as the guests are not current subscribers on at least one of or your main lists.You’ll allow your main subscriber to purchase, at least one pair of extremely eye catching diamond studded earrings, which normally retails for at least $650 or X dollar a pair. Say what?

But for an extremely limited time and for simply dragging at least two friends who are at least 18. And not current subscribers on any of your lists. Your subscriber gets to purchase those diamond studded earrings, for just $425 dollars. Say what?

Normally you’d allow them to purchase them at your actual hard cost of $300 dollars or so.

However, because maybe you’d like to start least testing some Facebook, local based PPC (Pay Per Click) ad campaigns. You’ll charge slightly more. This way in reality. Your subscribers are financing all or most of your PPC ad campaigns.

There’s Far More Profit Generating Potential Involved With Strategic Email Marketing Than You May Currently Realize!

And because you’re periodically sending your subscribers, either pre -written or extremely time sensitive, unscheduled “broadcast” email message alerts. Unlike snail mail postcards.

You don’t have to pay expensive and potentially time consuming typesetting and potentially increasing postal rates each time you wanna ‘test” a different element of your postcard or direct sales letter and envelop campaign.

Those additional standard costs alone. Will eat significantly into any potential gross front end profits.
