Consider the following relatively low cost. Potentially high profit generating marketing strategies and and tactics. For your independently owned, retail furniture store.

For just a moment. Imagine you’re the recipient one one of their marketing campaigns. See how it might make you feel. Or not, okay? Let’s you currently own a really nice upscale home. Not a luxury apartment, condo or townhouse etc.

Initially. Only the owner(s) of extremely nice upscale homes. Say in the neighborhood of $500K and more! To begin with. You can also wide your target demographics later!

The extremely marketing savvy retail furniture store. Will have some of their top managers and or supervisors. Drive around in some of their areas most exclusive neighborhoods.

A place some “By Invitation Only!” Extremely time sensitive. “Door Knocker”  promotional alerts. Either on the homeowners door. Or place it in their mailboxes.

Every particular home in any given neighborhood. Will not get one! Meaning, they will not be doing any sort mass, direct snail mail marketing campaign. These incredibly simple, low cost marketing strategies and tactics. Will help grow your retail furniture business gross profits. For literally pennies on the dollar! Don’t you agree?

Building Momentum Like This Definitely Makes Sense!

The manager will keep track of which specific addresses they leave these extremely time sensitive alerts with! Because initially. The retailer will only leave anywhere from 100-150 of them in any given areas!

Side “A” will invite the recipient. To enter the retailers monthly free drawing. (Simply by joining their VIP opt in email list.)For their chance to win a $10 or X thousand dollar. Deluxe Livingroom set.

Side “B” invites them to drag a friend with them. Who’s at least 18. To this “private events!” Which are not yet open to the general public!

And as long as they drag a friend with them. They save a maximum of 40 or X% off their total purchases. They make that day. Before they leave your store. With no minimum purchase requirements!

And as long as their guests also joins your list before they leave  your store that day. They can save a maximum of 25 or X% off their total purchases!
