Hopefully no one reading this particular post. Will argue the fact. Any profit seeking small business owner. And or service provider. Can easily waste a ton of money! On outrageously expensive, dismally performing traditional ads, agreed?
Trying to advertise your way to success! Especially for a local, non franchised business and or service. Is not exactly the easiest route to take. Is it? On the other hand. Your local local pizza shop can still have potentially have a big impact in their local market!
Without wasting a fortune to try and do so! That’s definitely good news, right?
Building Your Brand In Your Local Market! Is Not About Who Has The Deepest Pockets!
Clearly, a national pizza brand! With tons of corporate money behind them. Is going to be darn near impossible to try and compete with! In a head to head situation, right?
But, thank goodness there are some fillable gaps within your local market. You and or your major competitors can inexpensively fill. Without breaking the bank!
Case in point. (And as always!) The following hypothetical marketing examples. Are strictly being used. For promotional illustration purposes only.
Take at least 2 or 3 of the top, local property management/leasing companies. They have new tenants constants signing new leases, correct? Or they’re renewing their leases, right?
So why doesn’t your pizza shop strategically partner with these companies? Say what? 😀 You know, have your leasing agents. Offer these brand new tenants. Extremely discount coupons and or gift certificates.
So they can have either “A Move In Pizza Party!” Or a “Move In Pizza Night!” Or a “Thanks For Renewing Your Lease!” Pizza is is on the property management company.
They get these extremely time sensitive discount coupons from you and or your major competitors. And they gladly give them to their customers!
It’s helps the property management build loyalty among their customers! And you and or your major competitors inexpensively generate.
Additional low cost marketing exposure, right?
Let’s Talk About The Long Term Profit Generating Potential Of Ethical Bribery!
And please don’t overlook all the full and part time workers! (Including the temps for also work for property management company!) Allow all of these workers. To save X% off any Large or Xtra Large pizza purchases only!
On at least one of your traditional slowest days of the week and or season. Where they come in. And present their laminated, lifetime discount cards.
And they can buy 3 or X number of single slices. And 40 or X% off! You charge retail for whatever else they purchases BTW! 😀 This strategy is merely initially tested!
Just to see if your affordable pricing strategy accomplishes at least two potentially profitable outcomes.
1.) First: To see if these advantageous prices. Attract at least some of the property management employees.
2.) Second: To see how much long term repeat business! Plus how much word of mouth and mouse marketing they’ll do. On you and or your major competitors behalf!
This are just some of the reasons why! Your local pizza shop. Can definitely build a profitable brand! In your immediate local area. Without constantly wasting a fortune to do so. Don’t you agree?
