Marketing Incentive(Even In A Super Competitive Marketplace!)

So when’s the last time you actually tried or at least tested, some type of marketing incentive to systematically boost both your sales and revenue? If you’re not strategically utilizing. You’re definitely leaving money on the table.

 In fact a really good or effective marketing incentive. Can and will cause your employees, customers and vendors. To do all sorts of positive things. Which not only help systematically boost both your overall gross revenue. But your overall gross profits too. Don’t you agree?

This Is A Great Way To Expand Your Brand Equity!

Case in point. Using these examples strictly for hypothetical marketing illustration purposes only. Let’s you own or manage a non franchised local hotel or motel chain. And depending on what your ideal customers total lifetime customer value metrics are.

This way you and or your major competitors. Know how much you can safely afford to invest in order to generate the overall long term result you want!

Say for example. Typically it might you anywhere from $200- $400 dollars per lead. For your offline advertising campaigns. Because you either have to constantly run your local ads over and over.

Or you or your major competitors pay a fortune for outrageously expensive, dismally performing, local billboard ads. Think about how much your typical, local billboard, or prime time radio or TV ad campaign costs.

Verses, you allowing every customer who’s about to pay for a room. To upgrade to the next highest priced room. Which is vacant. And instead of paying $125 dollars or more.

They only pay $75 dollars or X. What do you think a certain percentage of them will ultimately do? If you said constantly brag about it! Both on and off of social media! You are correct!

Go directly ahead of the marketing class! 😀

Keep Giving Your Ideal Prospects And Customers Reasons To Help You Get The Word Out About Your Business And Or Service!

You also want to test. By periodically placing a huge sign in your lobby. Which reads, “Is today your birthday and or your wedding anniversary?” If it is.

They can save an additional 15-25% or X off  their room. And simply for joining your opt in email list. They automatically get some extremely time sensitive discount coupons. To other local, non directly competing vendors.

Your employees save X% off any room they buy! Plus get a maximum of two meals at your actual hard cost.

You also want to start systematically building your list. So you can start proactively marketing and promoting various affiliate or Joint Venture/JV offers.

And receiving attractive commission percentages for doing so. So what’s your plan for both leveraging and monetizing your any marketing incentive you may put in place. After you test it.
