Wasteful advertising  (And Wasted Circulation Will You Tolerate!)

Ladies & gentlemen have a closer look at the typical floor level billboard ad. Promoting the cell phone. While these type of local display ads.

May not quite be as outrageously expensive, as the ones you typically see as you drive, walk or cycle around your particular area. They’re still outrageously expensive!

This type of dismally performing promotions. Are usually reserved for companies with extremely deep pockets! And tons of patience too! Please don’t follow this path of extremely wasteful advertising common practices. And hopefully you don’t have that type of money to continuously waste, do you?

Entrepreneur Going Forward! (Try And Focus On Some Laser Target Marketing Strategies And Tactics!)

For just a moment. Look at the locals who are steadily walking past the display. Do you see anyone right next to it? Or stopping to take pictures of it? (Not at all, right?) Honestly, would you bother to stop and have a closer look at this particular advertisement?

(Neither would I!) And rest assured. The larger the size of the city and or town. You and or your major competitors pre pay for these types of ads in. The more outrageously expensive it will be or quickly become.

Imagine a local, non franchised retailer attempting to use this type of dismally performing promotional strategy.

In order to promote one of their top of the line. State of the art tablets. Which usually retails for about $1,300 dollars or X. But typically has an actual hard cost of $900 dollars or X.

There simply has to be a far more effective, far less expensive strategy. Which can and definitely should be tested. Don’t you agree?

In Far Too Many Cases Outrageously Expensive Mass Exposure! (Is Simply Not The Answer!)

Or instead of paying for outrageously expensive, dismally performing. 30- 60 second, local prime time radio or TV ads. Or expensive full and half a page ads.

In some of your areas most expensive local newspapers and or local throwaway guides etc. Strictly for hypothetical marketing illustration purposes only!

Let’s say the annual budget for this type of campaign is $250,000 dollars! (Which is still not exactly cheap, right? Especially for a smaller, non franchised retail appliance store owner.

But think about long term, positive word of mouth and mouse buzz. The retailer and or their major competitors will definitely generate for years and years to come!

Divide their $250,000 dollar annual ground level billboard ad campaign. By the actual hard cost for a state of the art tablet. So $250,000/$900 dollars per tablet/unit equals?

In this case it’s 277.87. Or 277 as a practical matter, agreed? ($250,000/$900 dollars = 277.78.)

This Is How You And Or Your Major Competitors Create A Local Army Of Highly Influential Micro Influencers!

So these local nurses, CFP’s, attorneys, dentist, doctors, High school principals, Junior college athletic directors, local judges, top performing local commercial and residential real estate brokers and or agents.

High end hair, nail and barbershop owners and stylist! All have one of your top of the line, state of the tablets or whatever. Which they got at your actual hard cost.

Simply because they first joined your opt in email list. And drug a friend with them to your store or showroom. Who’s was at least 18.

Not much to ask, in order to save money on a state of the art, top of the line tablet, agreed? 😀 And remember fellow profit seeking entrepreneurs!

These 277 or X number of local micro influencers. They all know at least 25 other locals! Some of whom are also micro influencers, correct?

(277 x 25 = 6,925.) And typically 30% of this number. Are locals who will usually become customers. First time or otherwise within 60 or X number of days or less! ( 6,925 x .30= 2,077 locals!)

Entrepreneur Can You Really Afford To Constantly Ignore These Types Of Bank Account Filling Numbers?

And typically they each one spends on average about $950 dollars each! (Normal retail prices on the products they buy!) But they save 10-25% or X. Simply for dragging a friend with them who’s at least 18!

(2,077 x $950 dollars equals an impressive front end gross profit of $1,973,150! (Or an amount darn close! 😀 Don’t you agree?)

Minus their or your actual fulfillment cost! So what’s it gonna be? Continued wasteful advertising practices! Or perhaps test some proven marketing and or promotional alternatives!

Unless You Have Extremely Deep Pockets! (Don’t Try And Advertise Like The Fortune 500 Types Of Companies!)
