(Because Sometimes A Potential Fortune Is Buried In Those Seemingly Small Responses!)
Have you ever run any type of paid ad campaign? On or offline. And your response rate was a rather dismal one percent. Typically you can’t even cover your initial front end costs.
With those types of results, correct? Or maybe you host a webinar. And 19 of the 271 who initially signed up. Bother to actually show up. And to add further insult to injury. Very few or none of them watch your extremely time sensitive replay either.
Believe it or not ladies & gentlemen. Just depending on what you and I actually promoting. And the price points involved. There could easily be some hidden profits in those low responses!
You and just need to look at the long term possibilities a little different. Don’t you agree?
There’s Absolutely Nothing Wrong With Growing Steadily!
Sometimes buried inside those seemingly small numbers. Are some gateway profits. Which may not be readily obvious. Case in point. One of my Linkedin connections.
She freely shared some recent numbers. From the attendance to a webinar she attended. According to her. An impressive 1,100 people originally signed up for the free webinar.
But in the end only 77 actually showed up for the presentation. If you do do the math. That 77 represents a mere seven percent attendance rate.
Sure it’s a small number. But please consider the following. Imagine you run a non franchised, retail appliance store. And your women’s hair salon. Or men’s barber.
They agree to pass out some of your best, market tested. Extremely time sensitive, first time customer discount coupons. Initially and primarily to their daily customer base.
Be Consistent By Doing What’s Proven To Work!
And within a five week month. (They get an extra week to be productive. 😎 And let’s say they passed 1,100 of. And a mere seven percent of them got redeemed. Which means 77 actually redeem you and or your major competitors. (1,100 x .o7% = 77.)
And your barber, hair or nail salon owner(s.) They earn $100 dollars per lead converted into a customer. (Go ahead and do the math.) 77 times $100 dollars per. Equals a rather impressive $7,700 dollars.
Just for passing your discount coupons out. Primarily to their daily customer base. Of course they came keep a stack with them. And pass them out wherever they go! And to whomever they wish to.
But the main point being. How often do you think any mom & pop small business owner. And or service provider. Consistently earns that type of money! For such a small ongoing effort!
A seven percent response rate. Or in this case. A seven percent conversion rate. On the initial service doesn’t sound all that impressive, does it? 😀 Are you starting to better appreciate those hidden profits?
Which can often be buried in those rather small numbers! Say yes?
