Your carpet cleaning business should be constantly trying to either. Strategically Joint Venture/JV with some reputable, local, retail furniture store owner(s.)
As well as as many reputable interior designers and local upholstery cleaners . And local moving companies. As well as local “Junk Removal” companies too! “Why” you so skeptically ask?
Because they all have both a direct and indirect relationship with qualified locals. Who at some point or another. Will definitely want some new or used furniture, correct?
Especially when they can get it. At an ongoing attractive discount price. Simply for joining you and or your major competitors opt in email list.
And for simply dragging a friend with them to your store. Who’s at least 18
Getting Pretty Good At Cost Effective Lead Generation Is A Great Start!
Initially you want to start off. Providing as many non directly competing local vendors as possible. With some of your best market tested, extremely time sensitive gift certificates as possible.
And allow them to either. given them away to their current future employees. For their 3-6-12/one year anniversary of employment.
For referring X number of new customers. Let them also give them away to their vendors. Their vendors employees. As well as their vendors current and future customers.
And if their vendors use texts and or periodically send email messages to their subscribers. You and or your major competitors will systematically generate a steady ton of first time customers.
For a fraction of your traditional upfront cost, correct? My friend this is how you and or your major local competitors. Will gradually over time. Make your independently owned carpet cleaning business explode. Any questions?
