If you happen to own a typica, mom & pop style. Barbershop. In other words, yours is non franchised. And more than likely you have or will have a steady flow regular extremely loyal customers, correct?
This being the case. Entrepreneur doesn’t it just make sense? You and or your major local competitors. Should do what you need to do. Especially when doing so. Can be done for literally pennies on the dollar.

Scaling Your Efforts Doesn’t Automatically Mean Wasting A Ton Of Money! On Outrageously Expensive Outdated Marketing And Or Promotional Strategies And Tactics!
First of all. Think about the built into the mix. Positive word of mouth and mouse culture. Which already built into your all too typical. Mom & pop men’s barbershop.
Men/we typically gather once or twice every month. Or every 6-8 weeks give or take. And discuss and argue over any and everything under the sun. 😀 Women, our good or bad relationships! Current or former Government polices!
Our jobs, careers, kids, live in significant other. In-laws current or former sport legends as well as celebrities. Local, national or International events etc. This diversity of topics.
Makes for some lively discussions for sure. Which is “why.” When either your/our main barber and their current future stylist.
Hand you and I. A single sided standard business and or index card. And on the back side. In the lower right hand corner. It either has the barber or one of the stylist, first and name legibly printed on it.
Then either the barber or the stylist tells the recipient. Mention their barbershop. And save 10 or X% off any purchases. Up to $100 dollars or X.
However, they inform the recipient. Simply for dragging a friend with them. Who’s at least 18. They automatically save up to a maximum of 40 or X% off. Up to a maximum of $1,500 or X amount of dollars.
Why Not Utilize Some Effective Lead Generation Strategies And Tactics?
Every time one of the barber or stylist has one of these business and or index cards redeemed. And it has either the barber or the stylists’ first and last name legibly printed on it.
They earn $50 or X amount of dollars for every one which generates a paying customer. And only one per customer. But here’s a nice marketing twist. Once a week.
Be it the barber and or one of their current or future stylist. Who ever generated the most paying customers for the week.
They automatically win a $200 or X dollar cash award too! On top of the $50 or X amount of dollars they earn per converted paying customer.
(But let’s take things a little further shall we? 😎 Every time there after. They generate the most paying customers for the week. They automatically double the cash prize!(Say what? 😎
Who’s Else Is Finally Ready To Take Things To The Very Next Level Or Two?
This simple marketing yester. Ought to cause them to start constantly bragging! And steadily generating a ton of viral, positive word of mouth and buzz, correct?
And for literally pennies on the dollar! No outrageously expensive, dismally performing ads to constantly pay for! And the barbers locals are even more loyal now, correct? Because the barber is constantly showering their extremely loyal customer base.
With some really nice, positive word of mouth and mouse perks, correct? Fellow profit seeking entrepreneur. This is how you and or your major competitors. Make your barbershop clients even more loyal. Don’t you agree?
Look Around And See How Many Non Directly Competing Offline Vendors Employees And Customer Base You Can Inexpensively Leverage!
