Now let’s quickly get back to inexpensively creating some positive word of mouth and mouse buzz. For literally pennies on the dollar. For your mom & pop owned local bakery business.
Imagine if at least one day per week. You honor local parents and or legal guardians of special needs kids. You could hold popular auctions and or raffles. Say once a quarter. And at least some of the proceeds raised. Could be used to either. Give to one of the parents or legal guardian of a special needs kid.
Or used to buy a fancy wheel chair or special bed for one of the local special needs kids! You know a high percentage of the local parents, grand parents and or legal guardians of such kids. Will definitely impressed, correct?
And the more of those types of local organizations they tap into. The more massive, viral exposure they or you will generate, correct?
Leverage Your Strategic Partnerships! (And Stop Trying To Do Everything Alone!)
Consider the following, virtually untapped marketing angles. Systematically look to partner with some of your areas largest, most reputable property management firm. Let’s a local company manages at least 10,000 local units.
(Or some large number!) Think about all of the all the full and part time employees of such a large company. Why not allow the owner(s.) To periodically send extremely time sensitive email messages.
To all of their current tenants, employees and or vendors! Allowing them to bring their extremely time sensitive, discount coupons to your bakery. So they can save X%! And to receive this or that as positive word of mouth or mouse generating bonuses worth X!
At least some of those workers. Have kids, siblings and or in-laws, correct? Hopefully you’re truly starting to appreciate how your business and or service.
Can systematically some bankable super marketing leverage. For literally pennies on the dollar! Any questions?
