Turn unemployed workers  (Who Strategically And Systematically Helps You And Or Your Major Competitors Scale Your Business!)

Picking up where part one left off. If you’re a profit seeking, independently owned retailer of some kind. You and or your major competitors

Creating Opportunities. Have the opportunity to turn unemployed workers in your immediate area. Into an army of commissioned only affiliate partners. Clearly your particular opportunity.

Is probably not right for anywhere from 90-97% of the locals. Who are currently un or underemployed. Especially if they come from either a hourly or salaried background.

The vast majority of them are simply not suited for any type of performance based. Commissioned only opportunities. Don’t you agree? 😀

Creating Opportunities Hold A Lot Of Previously Untapped Possibilities!

Case in point. A potentially lucrative pool to really dive deep into. In your local market. Are all the men and women. (Including seniors.)

Who may have either voluntarily retired. And or were forced out of their commissioned only positions. Because they still have most of their insider contacts, correct?

Plus, they obviously know “how to” effectively interact with most gatekeepers. Do they not? Clearly they’ve gotten past enough of them in their time. Which allowed them to consistently earn a full or part time living.

The most productive ones. You and or your major competitors. Might seriously consider paying them hourly rates. To teach your other commissioned sales reps.

Some of their proven strategies. So more of your commissioned only affiliate associates. Will be more effective.

The other potential long term value they (or you!) Are bringing to the table is. After they get in to see a former employer…….

Why Not Maximize Your Client Retention Strategies And Tactics?

The other value derived from these experienced, local, currently un or under employed commissioned only affiliate workers.

Once they reconnect with their ex employers. They can now make an arrangement. Where the employer. Now gives away some of you and or your major competitors. Extremely time sensitive, best market tested gift certificates.

To all of their current and future employees. 😀 The same applies to those vendors of the commissioned only affiliates ex employers vendors, right? 😀

Now the affiliates can let their ex employer. Ethically bribe/reward their most productive employees who:

1.) Have perfect attendance for at least 90, 180 or X number of days.

2.) Refer new employees who remain employed for at 90,180 or X number of days etc.

These incentives potentially make a huge difference, does it not? The ex employers can now be or become more competitive in their particular niche.

Fellow profit seeking entrepreneurs. Are you now starting to appreciate how they or you! Can turn unemployed workers into commissioned only goldmine! For literally pennies!
