Can and definitely will go a mighty long way. In terms of making a positive impression on prospective leasers and or buyers. Both the realtors and carpet cleaning business owners.
Have some great marketing material to share both on their websites. And all over social media too, correct? But think the other non directly competing vendors.
They or you can potentially Joint Venture or cross promote with. Don’t you agree?
Growing Exponentially Doesn’t Have To Be Outrageously Expensive!
Think about the following. An expensive residential home and or investment property. Which sells 3-6 month faster. Those much deserved commissions land in those realtors bank accounts sooner, agreed?
(For the record. Freshly cleaned carpets is not the only! Or the main reason a property leases or sells sooner, right? 😎 But it most certainly helps.
A freshly cleaned carpet definitely helps reduce potentially offensive odors, does it not? May be the previous or current owners have pets they adore.
but once those odors get embedded in the different carpets or rugs throughout the property. It can be or become a potential deal killer, agreed? Prospective leasers or buyers may be reluctant to say why they’re not interested in leasing and or buying a specific property.
The properties outward and inward presentation says it all. Freshly cleaned carpets definitely help raise a properties marketability.
Clean carpets definitely lead to faster closings. Plus adds to market value. First impressions definitely count, right?
This Is What Makes Building Brand Visibility So Potentially Profitable!
See the man in the featured image? See the furniture around them? You think his customers would be offended? If he offered them an extremely time sensitive discount coupon.
To a local, non franchised retail furniture store. They get an extremely time sensitive discount coupon from their store. Think about how much money the carpet cleaning business owner saves the furniture store owner.
For a moment think about how many 30-60 second ads the typical retail furniture store owner has to run. In order to generate their all important 1st time customer.
They say it typically takes anywhere from seven to twenty one touches/exposures. Before they generate their 1st customer. So strictly for hypothetical marketing illustration purposes only.
Sometimes You Need To Do The Math For Some Extremely Hard Working Entrepreneurs! (Because They Haven’t Quite Connected The Dots Yet!)
Suppose each ad spot averaged $650 dollars each. (Now you do the math yourself! 😎 Fourteen touches times $650 dollars per touch/exposure. Equals $9,100 dollars or X.
Would it be worth to your bottom line as a retailer. If you paid the carpet cleaning owner anywhere from $50 – $150 dollars. For every lead they send the retailers way.
Who ultimately becomes a customer. Subtract $150 dollars from $9,100 dollars! Are they or you still way ahead? 😀 In fact, they can literally afford to be even more generous and creative with their Joint Venture of affiliate commissions, right? 😀
Hopefully you can appreciate why your local carpet cleaning business. Should be strategically partnering up. With various other retailers and or service providers. Who are also non franchised. Don’t you agree?
