Go a mighty long way towards placing you and I and or your major competitors at the top of their list. In fact, the top professionals know all too well.

Their service doesn’t end at the closing table, right? There is literally so much which can and definitely should be done. Which is why some form of strategic gift giving is an absolute must. Don’t you agree?

Think about the emotion and total elation. Whenever a couple and or individual invests in their dream home. The incredible pride and excitement they feel.

So it stands to reason. When you and or your major competitors bestow upon them. Your truly heartfelt gifts of all kinds. You will really stand out in their minds.

And your commission share is an impressive 3 or X%. Three percent of $950,000 dollars is $28,500 dollars, correct? ($950,000 x .03% = $28,500 dollars, right? )

What if you invested some of your hefty commission the following way.

To further show your appreciation. And how much you truly value their friendship as well.

Go Ahead And Separate Yourself From The Pack!

What if you and or your major competitors did the following.

1.) You invested in an extremely high end stainless steel cookware set.

2.) You bought either the wife, live insignificant other. And or the girlfriend. An appointment to an extremely high end massage, facial. Plus she gets both her hair and nails done. It’s all free! As long as she drags a friend with her. 😀

Who’s at least 18.

3.) If the man is into golf. Invest in 3 or X number of one on one. Private lessons. From one of or the top pro golf instructors in your area.

4.) If the individual and or couple. Or their kids are into tennis. Invest in 3 or X number of hours. Of Private one on one lessons. With a top or the top rated tennis pro instructor in your area!

5.) If they or the individual is big into plays. But them two or X number of tickets to one of your areas top, most popular plays. Where tickets are almost impossible to get! 😀

Think of the endless bragging rights they’ll have! Not to mention how much more future business they’ll eagerly refer to you and or your major competitors.

Fellow profit seeking entrepreneurs. No matter how you decide to slice it. Some type of strategic gift giving. Definitely belongs in both your current future marketing mix. Don’t you agree?
