(In A Really Big Way!)
When you initially think about it. It may not seem like a big deal. But any business owners and or service provider. With their own responsive opt in email list. Especially a rather big one.
They or you! Are in possession of an incredibly valuable asset! (And dramatically underutilized asset.) Which can and definitely should be. Monetized in more than a few profitable ways.
In fact going forward. The sooner you and or your major competitors identify your underutilized assets and or resources! The sooner you can start monetizing them. Don’t you agreed?
Strategic Email Marketing Is Definitely Not A Fad!
Case in point. Your highly responsive email subscriber list. It’s value is not limited to just inexpensively promoting your own offers. (Far from it!) Your list can be leveraged to consistently and periodically drive traffic to other local, non directly competing Joint Venture/JV or cross promotional partners stores and or websites.
And those JV and or front end affiliate commissions. Regardless of their size. They can be used to offset and pay for completely. Your other front end advertising, promotional and or marketing costs.
Or they can be used to inexpensively test your on or offline ad campaigns. What if all your JV or cross promotion commissions. Just paid 85-100% of your ad costs!
Now you won’t need to earn a whole lot. In order to be in the profit zone, correct? And in terms of long term marketing/promotional strategy costs.
If 85% or more of your gross front end revenue is profit! Look at how potentially creative you can be or become!
Other Non Directly Competing Vendors Can Definitely Help Build Your Brand!
Strictly for hypothetical, marketing illustration purposes only! Let’s say a local, independently owned, retail appliance store owner. Has a highly responsive opt in email list of 43,237 local subscribers.
And let’s say they have their list some what segmented. And you own a non franchised bakery. With either one r multiple locations.
The retailer could send out a series of extremely time sensitive email messages to his subscribers. Making them aware. Ever order over $25 dollars or X.
You not only save X% off. But you can automatically join their “Muffin” or “Cookie” or “Birthday or Wedding Anniversary” club! Which means they bring in either.
Your single or double sided, laminated card. And whichever items on the card. Has a check mark on it. They save X. Plus an additional X% off.
When they come in and order on their birthday! 😀 You just print the month and day they were born and the month and day of their wedding anniversary. And or their business anniversary on the card.
Once You Get The Ball Rolling! (It’s Hard To Stop Your Forward Momentum!)
They simply bring the card with them. And they save! And you best believe ladies and gentlemen! They will definitely help spread the word! So whether you’re internet marketing savvy or not! The word will definitely be spread.
Both on and offline! Don’t you agree? This is just an extremely small sample. Of how you monetize your underutilized assets and or resources! Any questions?
