So I’ll let you in on the inspiration. Which is what what led to this particular blog post.

Into a long term perpetual goldmine. For literally pennies on the dollar. The above screenshot is from a live presentation Steve did on Linkedin a while back.
And he posted the recording. And about 20 minutes and 50 seconds into. Steve described an all too common situation. Tons of agency owners are constantly facing. And strategic partnerships are definitely a potential solution to this particular dilemma. Are you ready to discover how?
Don’t Stop Growing Just Because You Don’t Currently Every Particular Skill Or Experience You Need!
First let me lay out the all too common situation Steve carefully described. He mentioned a lady who runs a SaaS type of agency. Had not really marketed or promoted her services.
For any number of, (what she thinks!) Are valid reasons! The bottom line to it. She currently invests $499 dollars per month for her agency license. But since she’ doesn’t currently feel her sales and closing skills are honed enough.
She’s extremely hesitant to advertise, market or promote her potentially valuable products and or services. Meanwhile a bare bones minimum of $499 dollars a month steadily comes out of bank account!
Profit seeking entrepreneur. Believe it or not. This is exactly the type of situation. An extremely well formed Joint Venture/JV strategic partnership of some kind.
Are literally made to order for. And obviously JV partnerships are not the be all send all! Not even close! But for the right situations. They’re made to order!
Tap Into Other Peoples Experiences And Proven Expertise!
As always, the following hypothetical marketing examples. Are strictly for marketing illustration purposes only! Since she doesn’t feel her current sales and closing/persuasion skills are her strong point.

And I pointed out in the post I published. She or you and I. Could run a classified ad. Which reads. “Experience sales rep needed asap! SaaS experience required! Commission only! A possible 50/50 revenue sharing arrangement on the front end only! All serious applicants call Carol or Mike. To discuss all the exciting details!
Without getting too deep into the marketing weeds! 😀 The bottom line I shared in the article was this!
If You Can’t Initially Get The Whole Loaf! (Then Strategically Get As Many Half A Loaves As Possible!)
She or you. Could allow the confident, experienced sales rep. To approach/prospect your local offline business owners and or service providers. You both feel meet your particular criteria.
They play to their real strengths! And she or you play to yours! So they prospect and try to sell her or your prospects.
And she or you laser focus on providing the actual services on the long term back end. And agree upfront. What your mutually beneficial percentage split will be. (Which can and definitely should be strategically and systematically tested along a sliding scale of performance!)
and now she or you can get serious about proactively marketing, promoting or advertising her or your products and services. Don’t you agree? Entrepreneur, these are just a few basic examples. Of how strategic partnerships can and will make a huge and potentially profitable difference.
