Which they’re willing to pay for. Without sounding pie in the sky here!
Let’s say they’re typical compensate is $6,000 dollars for 60-90 minutes. since you referred them to me. And they decided they want to pay me to be their paid virtual guest speaker. Or one of them.
You just earned a 15% finders fee of $900 dollars! (In this strictly hypothetical marketing example only!) ($6,000 x .15% = $900 dollars.)
So whatever they pay. Which I agree to. And you referred me to them. You earn a well deserved 15% finders fee commission. Hopefully this post makes it crystal clear “how” you earn your 15%?
And obviously there’s no limit to the number of 15% commissions/finders fees you can potentially earn! 😀 So go ahead and shake the bush! Just starting asking around. If they don’t currently have any paid virtual speaking opportunities.
And obviously the higher the amount I’m paid to speak. The more money you earn for your 15% referral fee commission, correct?
It’s Definitely Okay To Monetize Your Current And Future Contacts And Network Members!
Whether you’re currently looking for potential paid, virtual speaking opportunities or not! But especially if you’re not. Then it only makes sense you monetize your contacts.
Who are looking for paid virtual speakers. To speak about business/entrepreneurial related subjects etc. Once you become a reliable source for referrals. Those event planners just might offer you the opportunity to become a referral agent for them too! 😀
Plus you never know when their organization may have a last minute cancellation! And they reach out to you. In which case. You can refer me to them. For a potential pay day.
All you need is two or three referral a year! To pay for at least one or two of your paid ad campaigns, right? 😀 And you definitely don’t to waste your money running ads about this! Instead strategically tap your current and future sources.
Let them know the potentially valuable service you offer! And start earning your fair share of potentially lucrative finders fees! Sound good?
