For just a moment. Think about the long term, positive impact strategic gift giving. Can and definitely will have on either you. And or your major competitors business.

Major positive, long lasting impact. And help catapult your business and or service to the top of mind. For your target audience. Is that a situation you can deal with?

So Who Else Wants Consistently Generate Some Positive Word Of Mouth And Mouse Buzz?

Strictly for hypothetical marketing illustration purposes only. Imagine you’re either a commercial or residential real estate broker and or agent.

Think about the positive, long term positive affect. Strategic gift giving could have. Each time you list or sell a luxury home, townhouse and or condo etc.

If your customer is a single woman. Then you could have an extremely high end female robe. Placed in her closet with a note from you/your real estate brokerage firm.

And the exact same if your customer is either a single man. And or a couple. Imagine their surprise. You think they’ll consistently mention it to their?

Take your pick. closet family members, employees, c0-workers, neighbors, besties and or in-laws etc.

Who Else Wants To Consistently Create Customers For Literally Pennies On The Dollar?

Or what about this particular scenario. Either a man or woman. And or a couple check into an extremely high end hotel suite.

And once again. In the closets. Are extremely high end designer robes. 😀 Which both hotels and brokers. Get at cost. From the distributor of the robes.

In fact, the distributor makes darn sure. The broker and top agents. As well as top management of hotels. They get designer robes too! 😀 This way.

Going forward. They all have interesting stories to tell. And they can hashtag the distributor as well, agreed? Of course the distributor will in all likelihood.

Will keep their traditional ad campaigns in select glitzy magazines running, correct? But just make darn sure. You look into the potential long term benefits of some type of strategic gift giving. Makes sense, does it not?
