(Not Just An Outrageously Time Consuming Job!)
No one who’s serious will argue. It’s definitely a challenge. For independently owned restaurant owners. To consistently get locals into their local restaurants, agreed?
On top of the fact. There are definitely more than enough viable choices to choose from these days. When it comes to deciding where to eat out, agreed? Which is why your restaurant has to become proactive yesterday! If you want to consistently generate more long term repeat customers.
For literally pennies on the dollar. Don’t you agree?
Are You Officially Sick And Tired Of Your Restaurant Masquerading As A Business?
Clearly your mom & pop, family orientated style restaurant. Doesn’t have a fortune 500 traditional ad or marketing/promotional budget to work with, agreed?
And so rather than continue to use the all too typical one and done approach to running your restaurant. And be nowhere near as efficient and profitable as you could and should be! Instead, why not at least inexpensively test.
Marketing to a few different segments of your current and future customer base. For instance. And strictly for hypothetical, marketing illustration purposes only!
Let’s say one of your bread & butter promotions is. Any two adults 18 and over.
Who come to your restaurant. With at least 3 kids ages 10 and under. Those kids each. Get to choose one desert of their choice! And they get to purchase them at the restaurant owners actual hard cost.
Plus, as an added, positive word of mouth sweetener! Every week. The 1st three or X number of customers. Who spend over $100 for their total bill.
Each adult in the group. Who’s at least 18. They automatically get offered laminated index cards. Where they get grandfathered in for lifetime savings of X% off every order!
Plus when they come in with any adult group of three or more. Two of the adults save 20 or X% of their desert!
Long Term Repeat Revenue Is Almost Guaranteed! (When You Market And Promote Like This!)
Plus, every time any adults total bill is over $60 or X amount of dollars. The person who pays. Receives an envelop. With the words in giant letters on the outside. “Congratulations!” Written on it!
They immediately rip it open, right? 😀 Inside they will discover. Anywhere from 2-5 extremely time sensitive discount coupons. From other local, non directly competing vendors. (Who may eventually become, either your cross promotional or Joint Venture/JV partners.)
And you and or your major competitors can? Either get paid an agreed upon affiliate commission of X% per week or month. Based on the gross amount your referrals generate them!
Or if they choose to. Each one can decide to simply pay you a flat monthly fee of X dollars per month. Like $1,500 dollars per month. And they keep 100% of all of the long term gross profit!
It’s all negotiable! And it needs to be mutually beneficial to all parties, agreed? Entrepreneur, are you starting to better appreciate?
How your restaurant. Can be or become a consistent cash flow generation machine! Say yes!
