Ladies & gentlemen let’s say you currently work at least one full time job. Which you’re exactly crazy about doing. But hey, you/we gotta keep a roof over our heads.
And eat, correct? And you/we have other ongoing bills which constantly need to be paid, right? All the reason why. You should start creating opportunities. Regardless of how much or how little traditional education.
You may or may not have. Plus, this not about trying to start your own traditional type of either brick and mortar business. Or trying to learn how to be successful online. (Which definitely can be a potentially steep and time consuming learning curve BTW!)
So your initial start up costs are going to be a bare bones minimum. In the initial early stages anyway. Sound intriguing or what?
Start Out Gradually And Steadily Build From There!
What I have in mind here. Is basically you becoming a local affiliate and or Joint Venture/JV revenue sharing partner of some kind. For local non franchised retailers in your area. (Stay away from the big, bloated corporate retailers! Especially in the very beginning, initial stages of your part time venture!)
Where you’re compensated on a commission only or performance basis only! So in other words. You and I only get paid in this particular venture. A percentage of the gross profits you/we help produce for the retailer(s.)
And the really good news ladies & gentlemen. You don’t need any fancy degrees, certifications of any kind! 😀 Nor do you need any previous experience. In order to get started part time.
Just a strong desire to succeed and continuously move off center. Basically, what I have in mind for you. You’ll be paid a commission percentage of some kind by the local, non franchised retailer(s.)
For all of the first time customers you help generate for them. And the real extremely long term potential benefit to them and you is.
The extremely low cost, non traditional marketing strategies you will utilize to help them consistently generate additional local revenue.
Will typically cost them anywhere from 25 – 75% less than than typically invest!
In order to consistently generate their local 1st time customers!
Be On The Lookout For Simple Entrepreneurial Opportunities And Or Previously Untapped Possibilities!
And the potential long term benefit to and for you is. The retail pays you as a commissioned only referral agent. And maybe adds you on their payroll as some type of independent contractor. (Their legal team will or should know exactly how to handle it! 😎
Here’s the point either once a week. Or once every other week.
You receive a check or some pre- agreed upon form of compensation. For all the revenue your creative entrepreneurial efforts generate for them. For the agreed upon time period.
But initially you start your part time-side hustle venture off.
By only approaching local, mom & pop retailers in your local area. Whom you or someone you know, like and trust. Already knows and already has an established relationship with them!
In other words. You don’t initially go out into your local community. Cold soliciting complete strangers! (Because this is not the best, most productive use of your extremely limited time! Don’t you agree?)
Basically you want to utilize some sort of time leverage! As often and as much as you possibly can! Coming up very shortly in part two.

The bottom line to it! Go ahead and start creating opportunities for yourself! Right where you currently are! And stop waiting for potential doors to open!
