And the retail furniture store owners allow the developers who sell homes in the $750K and up range. They allow these high income earning individuals to purchase any furniture purchases over $10K at a 50 or X% discount! 😀

Provided the buyers join the retailers opt in email list. And post both pictures and video footage on their social media accounts. Of the retailers furniture.

Let’s say a couple pays $950K for their three bedroom house. The 1st ten grand of furniture they purchase. They pay the retailers current retail price.

However, everything over $10K. They only pay 50 or X% of the current retail price. Up to $40K or X. Then they start paying the current retail price again.

Imagine if they spend a grand total of $33K furnishing their house, condo or townhouse. (For this hypothetical marketing example only!) This means everything they bought over $10K/. They got for 50 or X% off or at actual hard cost, right?

It’s Time To Put Your Positive Word Of Mouth And Mouse Marketing Buzz On Steroids!

Think about how much designer furniture this could potentially be. All over their house. 😀 And more than likely the vast majority of people who visit their home.

Are probably in or close to the same income bracket, right? Meaning at some point they too will probably want some great looking furniture too. And the odds are pretty good, they’ll turn to the retailer.
