(Simply By Being or Becoming Just A Little Bit More Creative!)
I recently published a post on Linkedin about how a local mom & pop family style restaurant. (Which specializes in cooking great tasting, affordable catfish dinners. And serving great tasting ice teas too! 😎 Could be or become so profitable. (More so in there particular case.)
And I wrote about. Primarily from a marketing/promotional standpoint. Some extremely simple, low hanging fruit marketing possibilities.
And if nothing else. At least inexpensively test. And go from there. Because the marketing/promotional possibilities are many. Don’t you agree?
Let’s Have A Closer Look At Scaling Your Profits! (For Literally Pennies On The Dollar!)
First of all as I pointed out in the Linkedin post on this exact same subject. Even though and many others have frequented this particular. Extremely popular, local mom & pop style family based restaurant.
Not once (so far!) Have they ever, ever offered me and or any group of adults I’ve gone with. To date non of us have been offered any type of extremely time sensitive, market tested “Bounce Back” offers of any kind!
Instead they (or sadly you!) Wait reactively. Instead of proactively incentivizing. And or ethically bribing a percentage of your best. Most loyal customers to come back within a relatively short amount of time.
And also ethically bribing them for dragging a party of X number of adults. Over at least 18.
This Is How You And Or Your major Competitors Go About Strategically Building Your Brand!
For one thing. You might incentivize it so at least some of your most loyal, long term repeat customers.
Not only come to your restaurant and or store on one of your traditionally slowest days of the week. And or the season etc. But simply for dragging at least one other adult who’s at least 18.
They both get to buy one large or Xtra large beverage of their choice. And only pay $.99 cents or X. Or as long two adults at least 18 years of age. They can bring a maximum of three or X number of kids blank and under.
And all the kids save 10 or x% off their order. And one of the adults saves 50 or X% off any one desert of their choice. This should cause at least a little positive word of mouth and mouse buzz, correct? 😀
You could also inexpensively test allowing different charities or different local organizations or association members etc.
come to restaurant on your traditionally slowest days of the week or year etc. And get grandfathered in lifetime savings of X% off! 😀
