This Is How And Why The Keys To Your Success Isn’t That Complicated!

Seriously, who isn’t constantly looking for the real keys to success? Especially if you do so for pennies on the dollar. But here’s a quick question for you to seriously consider.

Would you rather keep wasting a fortune on some outrageously expensive, dismally performing ad or promotional campaign. Which starts out with a completely ice col audience.

And tries to initially grab and hold their attention long enough to ultimately get them to buy something. Right? But whether they buy from you or not. Your investment in the advertising/promotional medium is still gone. Is it not? Absolutely.

And just on “how” many times you or your major competitors have to run a prime time local radio or TV ad etc. Or full or have page local newspaper ad.

Or if you prefer. You can try your hand at online PPC (Pay Per Click) Facebook advertising campaigns. Yea if you have enough money, patience and persuasive copywriting skills.

And you systematically A/B split test. You can definitely create a successful PPC ad campaigns. But please be advised there is a still (real world) learning curve.

And as you and your major competitors discover “what” does and doesn’t work. Your education definitely costs money. And potentially lots of it. (And not to try and scare you here.) But lots of newbie online marketers often get their FB ad accounts temporarily or permanently shut down.

On the other hand. Thank goodness there are some incredibly simple, non traditional lead generation strategies and tactics. If nothing else you or your major competitors can and definitely should inexpensively test. Before diving in head first.

You can and definitely should dip your marketing toes first. Before totally committing. Don’t you agree?

Why You Gotta Start Using These Proven Direct Marketing Ideas For Small Business Or Savvy Service Providers!

Case in point. (Without doing) some major research here. What do you suppose the average private garage parking attendant earns per hour? My guess is, whatever the average hourly rate or base salary is.

It’s not in super high demand. So much so. You need an advanced degree from an Ivy league school,correct? Probably not. Especially if they’re currently doing it part time.

Can you imagine a local parking garage attendant, (with no special techie or promotional skills whatsoever), consistently grossing an additional $10,000 dollars annually. (give or take. Just based on their consistent effort.)

And get this. Without having to get a not exactly high paying second job. Which potentially cuts down (even more) on their family or personal time.

And just to put things in the proper marketing perspective. Let’s say they gross an additional $10,000 dollars a year @ their current rate of $15 dollars an hour. For typically working 40 hours per week. (On a job they probably don’t like and have to commute to.)

$10,000 dollars annually divided by $15 dollars per hour. Means they’ll need to work at least an additional 667 hours. (Rounded up.) And those 667 hours divided by a typical 40 hour work week. Means they’ll need to physically work an additional 16 weeks. Or an additional four months. Say what?

But They Could Also Discover How To Get Paid Extra Money Simply For Doing What They’re Already Doing!

(But entrepreneur.) What if there was a proven way. And rest assured there most certainly is. For this same average full time employee. To generate an additional $10,000 dollars (or more!) in gross income.

And without having to get (and maintain!) a low paying dead end second job. (They really don’t like doing.) Or try and start some kind of on or offline side business. (With extremely limited start up capital and  virtually no real world  entrepreneurial experience.) Or without trying to build their own MLM ( Multi Level Marketing) business.

Because more than likely. Long before they even come close to doing so. (If they go about it the way the all too typical) first time beginner does. They’ll will all but alienate a staggering 98-99% of their closest friends, family members current and future co-workers and current and future neighbors etc. Sound all too frighteningly familiar?

Okay so enough with this gloom and doom scenario. “What” if anything can this not exactly highly skilled garage attendant possibly do. To consistently earn real money. Without having commit to either going to school on or offline. Or  trying to get into a reputable trade school etc.

Practically Any Profit Seeking Entrepreneur Can Initially Write Checks To Pay For Ads To Ice Cold Potential Prospects! (For A Little While!)

So now that the marketing stage has been properly set. Let’s see how you or your major competitors single location, non franchised retail appliance center. Could definitely help some local full or part time (not necessarily highly skilled) parking garage attendant.

Maybe not gross an additional $10,000 dollars of side income. The very first year or two. But over time develop a steady side income. Which could potentially develop into even more.

First of all. Since you already know your ideal customers total lifetime customer value metrics.  (Especially for local employed men between the ages of 21-55.) Your typically numbers fall somewhere between $150- $11,000 dollars gross. Give or take over the next five seven year period.

So here’s what you or your major competitors initially propose the parking garage attendants.

You will gladly provide them with some of your best two sided, extremely time sensitive, market tested, index cards. Side (A.) invites the recipients.

Who in this particular case will initially be the local men & women who park their cars in this particular garage. And systematically leverage their current and future personal and professional inner circle members.

They will be invited to join your opt in in email list. In order to enter your incredibly popular monthly free drawing. For their chance to win a $5,000 or X dollar home entertainment deluxe system. Which truth told. The appliance is a nothing more than either a “discontinued or “closeout” sales item. Which has a real hard cost value of half of it’s usual retail price. (sometimes even less.)

You Or Your Major Competitors Systems Don’t Have To Be Overly Complicated Or Expensive In Order To Be Successful!

And side (B.) which has one of your market tested, extremely time sensitive offers. Makes the recipient aware. Simply for coming to you or your major competitors store before the handwritten 10 day expiration date window expires.

They come alone and they save 10% off up to $200 dollars. ( Some savings percentage which isn’t very sexy. Or simply for dragging a friend whose at least 18. Before the 10 or X day expiration window expires.

And they automatically save up to 40 or X% off up to $1,500 dollars. And for every lead who actually turns into a paying customer. You or you major competitors gladly pay the parking attendant $25 dollars.

And the moment they send you or your major competitors 25 or X number of paying customers. No matter “how” much or how little they initially spend on their very first purchase.

The attendant is now grandfathered in for life at $50 dollars per customer they generate fo you. So in part two. Let’s really explore their potential math. Okay? But for now. Can you better appreciate “how” and “why” your keys to success are simply not that complicated. Would you not agree?
