As you previously discovered in part four about how to market your business, there is an awful lot of untapped long term money making potential, in the $37 billion dollar a year hospitality cruise ship industry. Don’t you agree?
There are or should be tons of related, yet non competitive industries that should want to be involved, don’t you think. For ex; let’s throw the luxury hotel business and the airline industry into the mix for just a second.
Remember how we added a savvy Realtor and or real estate broker into the mix. The Realtor will start sponsoring annual events on the cruise ships, (on and off )the ship by the way! And they’ll bring 15 to 25 guests each year on these ten to fourteen day luxury cruises.
And either they’ll purchase these cruise packages for 25%- 60% on the dollar from the cruise ship industry, or the cruise ship industry will simply give the packages to Realtor or broker at the cruise ships actual cost. Say what?
And the Realtor will conduct free 90 minute (open to) everybody on the cruise, workshops on how to buy (either) short sale or foreclosed high end properties etc.(And whatever subject or subjects, their market research indicates is an extremely hot topic, for their specific target group(s.)
How To Market Your Business Life The Ultimate Insiders Do!
First and foremost, since the Realtor is sponsoring these free (lead generating) 90 minute workshops. Do you think, at least some of the attendees will have any type of legal or financial questions? Which means, if you’re a savvy CPA or accountant.
Would it not be smart for you to create a free DVD or free-opt in email– special report, that explains (in layman’s terms) “Seven things you definitely need to know before you buy any foreclosed or short sale property!”
The Realtor simply adds the CFP’s (Certified Financial Planners) WordPress blog address at the end of every presentation and from now on. Whenever and wherever the Realtor gives these free-lead generating- workshops, guess what? The CFP’s will start building an extremely valuable opt in email/mobile marketing (and or) snail mail list, don’t you agree?
Remember, there will also be fashion shows going on as well. So that savvy fashion designer (going forward), will start offering a free cruise package valued $2,500 dollars (or X), as a free door prize just for attending their fashion shows (on and off the cruise ship!)
Can you say list building 101? And do you think by offering a free vacation package, valued at $2,500 dollars, ( or X) that won’t attract more potential first time customers to their fashion shows? Yep.
Which means, the clothing designer and or retailer will definitely make more money. Entrepreneur, does this answer your question, as to how to market your business product or service more effectively?
