(Entrepreneur It’s Not An Accident It’s Done On Purpose!)

Of course you wanna know what the specific three steps in goal setting mastery are, correct? Sure! But that’s getting just a bit ahead of the story. For now, you need to understand that whatever (repeat), whatever you’re currently suffering from, entrepreneur, it’s not by accident!

It’s a direct result of what you or they’ve put into it or are not putting into it! Meaning your results (whatever) they are to this point, were not preordained by the stars!

Which Of The Three Simple Steps To Goal Setting Mastery Are You Routinely Ignoring?

Did you hear about this incredible (and eye opening) interview series that was conducted, (chronicled) on some of the best minds walking the planet! A group of Harvard MBA students, which by the way, typically only 15% of all the annual applicants that apply, are actually admitted into this prestigious program!

They were interviewed and asked “how” many of them actually had written down goals, upon entering the MBA program.

Take a look at these rather shocking (and very) telling stats. Believe it or not; a staggering 84% of these elite students sheepishly admitted, that they had no previously written down goals of any kind!

And 13% acknowledged, that while they had some goals, they weren’t actually written down! And the remaining 3%, not only had written down their (short) and long term goals, but had actually bothered to write down their specific courses of action they would take to achieve them!

Fast forward ten years later. Of those still alive and the ones that could be successfully tracked down. Take a look at these rather remarkable, (yet not) unpredictable results. The 13% that (at least) had goals, even though they hadn’t actually bothered to write them down. Guess what? On average, they were earning twice as much as the 84% that hadn’t even bothered to write down their goals!

And the overall average starting income for this entire elite group was about $115 k per year, plus a $20K signing bonus! But get this! Are you sitting down? The remaining three percent that (as you recall) had not only initially written down their preliminary goals, but also written down their specific plan (s) of action to accomplish them. On average, they were earning ten times the amount of the other 97% combined!

Who says goal setting is for wimps?
