You definitely wanna know, how you can go about, consistently generating leads, right? Me too. And BTW, it definitely goes without saying. You’re interested in generating, semi qualified leads, for literally pennies on the dollar, correct? Okay. Just checking.

Well, if your business or service, already has a Facebook Fan or business page. And you already know how to set up effective FB ads. You can definitely start small. And create a realistic budget, for $5 -$15 dollars per day.

And start sending your  prospects, to your market tested lead capture page. And re-direct them into your online sales funnel. And start your all important, opt in email/mobile marketing follow up, drip email campaign. Using a reputable, paid email service provider. Which best meets your current needs and budget.

Of course, if your particular business or service, is still not fully utilizing the Internet just yet. Then you can effectively market your business or service offline. But you’re definitely gonna have to be or become, far more strategic.  As you’re about to discover.

So How Can You Consistently Generate Inexpensive Targeted Leads? (Just Like The Ultimate Insiders Do!)

Believe it or not. There are several proven ways, for you or your major competitors, to consistently generate semi qualified leads. For literally pennies on the dollar. Truth told. Part of the marketing solution you ultimately decide on.

It’s gonna be based on, how elaborate you want to get. Case in point. Let’s take your single location, retail furniture store outlet.Which is currently ranked in fourth place. Behind your three major, local competitors.

Part of the reason your three major competitors, currently rank ahead of you, is because they constantly spend a ton of money.

Primarily on those outrageously expensive, traditional advertising/promotional mediums. You know, local, prime time radio, TV and local Sunday newspapers.

And let’s not forget, how much they spend, on local billboard ads. Where as, you typically spend a fraction of their monthly cost. And you’re nowhere near as active. On all of those different mediums.)And let’s be brutally honest here. Your current social media marketing presence, is all but non existent, correct?)

Even so, there is nothing to prevent you, from consistently generating tons of low cost, high impact marketing leverage. For literally pennies on the dollar, correct? Absolutely.

So If The Outrageously Expensive Route Doesn’t Really Work For You! (Why Not Get Creative!)

So here’s a few low hanging fruit, previously untapped marketing opportunities.You’ll initially, inexpensive A/B split test.And remember.As you read about these potential marketing or promotional strategies.

You don’t just feebly attempt them once.And that’s it. No way. Instead, (if you’re) an extremely savvy marketer. You have to test, closely monitor.Tweak and constantly move forward.

Otherwise, it’s definitely not worth your time, money or continuous effort.Understood? Great. So you definitely want to consistently generate, some rather inexpensive, semi qualified leads, correct? Congratulations. Me too.

So you and your team, initially reach out to a few of the areas top property managers. Plus a few of the smaller, reputable, up and coming ones too. And here’s the potential lead generating strategy, you’ll initially test with them.

Every new commercial building or apartment complex they start managing. You’ll have them pass out, some of your best, market tested,extremely time sensitive, two sided fliers.

Side A, will inform the recipient to enter your free monthly drawing, for a chance to win a $5,000 or X dollar major furniture makeover. And every month, one grand 1st prize winner will be selected. And every other subscriber for that month, will win an extremely time sensitive, discount coupon/gift certificate.

So they can save 20 or X% off their very first purchase. However, simply for dragging a friend with them, whose at least 18. And whose not a current subscriber.

They automatically save 35 or X% off their first two purchases. Provided they make them, within the next six or X number of months or less. Say what?

Go Ahead And Make A Big Splash So All Of The Participants Will Start Spreading The Word Both On And off Of Social Media!

And of course! You hook the property managers up. By allowing them and any three or X number of friends and or associates they choose. To purchase up to $5,000 or X amount of dollars worth of, (either) slightly used or repossessed, or closeout inventory furniture. At your actual hard cost.

This way, as friends, close family members, associates, in -laws,employees or neighbors visit their home, apartment, condo or office etc. At some point, the conversation will definitely turn to their really nice looking furniture.Right? No doubt.

Next. You and your extremely marketing savvy team, will have the property managers, personally introduce you, to a few local, reputable, non franchised moving companies.

And here’s what you’ll initially propose to them. In terms of a potential, mutually beneficial (JV) Joint Venture arrangement.First, just as you did with the property manager(s.)

You’ll hook up both, the owner(s) of the moving company, as well as their entire current and future staff.Whether their current or future staff is full or part time.

Say what?And if need be. They can all have favorable financing terms. As long as they remain active opt in email/mobile marketing subscribers.

It’s Definitely Okay For The Vast Majority Of Your Major Competitors To Keep Wasting A Ton Of Money On Outrageously Expensive Advertising Methods!

But when the moving drivers, deliver a customers stuff.They will immediately hand them a sealed envelop, with the words “Thank You!” written in big red letters, on the outside of the envelop. So you know the recipients definitely won’t waste any time ripping it open, correct? Bingo!

And inside, they will discover, at least three, or X number of totally unexpected bonus, extremely time sensitive discount coupons/gift certificates valued at X.

 First.) The first extremely time sensitive discount coupon they will see. Is a $50 or X dollar gift certificate, to one of your areas most popular bakeries.

Second.) Next, they’ll discover, a $50 or X dollar gift certificate/coupon, to a local grocery store. Again, these totally unexpected surprises, should definitely keep their lips flapping. Both on and off of social media. Don’t you agree?
