How The Ultimate Insiders Power Network With The Right People So Your Content Becomes Magnetic!

So what’s your basic strategy (on a daily basis) mind you, when it comes to any type of power networking 101? Do you currently have (or do you) plan on creating any type of daily mode of operation (DMO.).

Because entrepreneur, surely by now, you both know and truly recognize the undeniable (on or offline) potential, of having and or being a part of the right network, correct?

Basically, any time you and I are wise and savvy enough to leverage another major influence rs on or offline network (or both!)

It’s simply going to speed up your progress, and it helps propel your future low cost marketing opportunities to go viral. Case in point, as some of you may recall, just last month, yours truly was a featured blogger, on one of the Internet’s most talented,flat out  brilliant and exceptionally  influential bloggers, blog.

That of course would be (the one and only) Enstine Muki’s blog. If you quickly check out his current Alexa ranking and the type of other major online influence rs that he constantly networks with, you’ll see “why” being fortunate enough to be featured on his blog, (and or) anyone else’s that currently yields the same type of major influence as he does, is most definitely a giant step in the right direction!

Which brings us full circle. This post is (hopefully) going to adequately demonstrate how a hypothetical case study involving an extremely savvy Real Estate agent, (even if they’re just starting out) can and should power network with at least five other major local professionals, so both them and their content becomes extremely magnetic to their specific target market!

So How Do The Ultimate Insiders Power Network With The Right People So Both Them And Their Content Become Extremely Magnetic To Their Specific Target Audience?

So let’s say our extremely savvy and brand new Real estate agent, (while) extremely long on ambition, determination and drive etc. They are a little short when it comes to actual field experience. And further more, let’s say that they’ve only been licensed for about 90 days. Give or take.

So (without a doubt), they’re a real green  horn to say the least! However, since they’ve been diligently studying some of the various (battlefield) tested, pro-active marketing strategies and they quickly realize that they can and should start leveraging other local professional’s, network’s, experiences and expertise etc.

So here’s five extremely relevant (and intertwined) professions, they will start actively seeking out, in order to start planting their networking seeds.Now first of all, let’s state the rather obvious!

Of course there will already be several other far more savvy and experienced Real Estate professionals, that have already cultivated long term money making relationships, with several of the major players within these five respected industries/professions etc.

However, they won’t or shouldn’t stop our savvy newbie Real Estate Agent from creating some brand new strategic networking relationships with some of the other brand new up, and coming soon to be major influencers, within those same respected industries as well!

1.) Major influential profession #one: One of the very first local professionals they’ll actively seek out, in order to power network with, is a reputable mortgage broker. For obvious reasons.

These men & women make their living helping buyers get that (all important) financing they need in order to buy their first and or dream home etc! So a commission only one is preferable, because unless the broker actually closes a loan, they don’t eat!

2.) Major influential profession # two: Next: (from time to time), they’ll also look to cultivate an ongoing relationship with various local Real Estate investors of different means. Meaning, perhaps a few that specialize in purchasing well maintained single family homes in financially stable neighborhoods.

Because (no doubt), from time to time, these extremely experienced men & women will be an excellent source for both potential buyers and property listings etc!

3.) Major influential profession # three: The third type of local profession/professional they will actively seek out is some of the newer upcoming local developers and or building contractors, that specialize in building single family homes.

Because (even) before one of their projects and or developments is complete, they’ll be looking to move these properties asap! And a good Real Estate Agent, and or broker is exactly what they’ll need to help them do so! Agreed?

What You May Lack In Actual Experience Try And Make Up For It By The Quality Of Your Network!

4.) Major influential profession # four: Their fourth major profession/professional they’ll definitely be looking to make some inroads with is the Escrow agents of some of the best Escrow companies.

A few power lunches and or brunches can’t hurt their cause, right?

5.) Major influential profession # five: And last (but certainly) not least, they’ll seek out and actively join at least one of the local Real Estate Investment clubs. Because it’s obvious (these monthly) and or yearly paying dues members are serious about growing and maintaining their investment portfolios, correct? Yep.

Plus, this way they can find out first hand, which attorneys, title (escrow) companies, mortgage brokers, credit unions, plumbers, rehab specialist, landscapers, snow removal companies, pool cleaning companies, dog walkers, electricians, house painters, roofers and the like.

To both recommend and tell their customers to avoid! But all in  all, by systematically working hand in hand with these five basic (local) professions, they can and should be able to (over time of course), build an extremely valuable network of professionals. Don’t you agree?
